Agreement
These terms apply when you use sunupag.com or join the Sunup waitlist. By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
The waitlist and early access
Joining the waitlist lets us contact you about early access for the 2027 season. It does not create a contract, guarantee a spot in the founding operations program, or guarantee any price, feature or date. Dates on this site, such as pilots in February and March 2027, are plans and may change.
Prices, pilots, the founders price and any other commercial terms only apply once they are set out in a written agreement signed by you and Sunup. If anything on this site differs from that agreement, the agreement wins.
Please give us accurate information and only sign up for yourself or for a business you are allowed to represent.
Not legal advice
Sunup helps you keep accurate time records. The information on this site, including references to the California Labor Code, court decisions and other rules, is general information and may change. It is not legal, tax or payroll advice. Talk to your labor attorney about your obligations.
Screens shown on this site use sample data from a demo ranch. Names and numbers in them are fictional.
Using this site
You may use the site for lawful purposes. Please don’t:
- try to break into, overload or disrupt the site or its form;
- send spam or automated sign-ups, or submit someone else’s information without permission;
- copy or scrape the site for a competing product;
- use the site in a way that breaks any law.
Our content and your feedback
The Sunup name, logo and sun symbol, and the text, design and screens on this site belong to Sunup. You may share links to the site, but you may not copy or reuse its content or brand without our permission.
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them to improve Sunup without owing you anything, and we will treat any personal information in them under our Privacy Policy.
The site links to services run by others, such as our survey on Google Forms. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind about the site, including that it will always be available or free of errors.
To the extent the law allows, Sunup will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of this site. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to one hundred US dollars. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California.
We may update these terms. When we do, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the update.
